Delicious and non-processed breakfast option with only 2 healthy ingredients. It only takes a few minutes to prepare.
Recipe type: Breakfast
Serves: 3-4
  • 1 ripe large banana
  • 2 whole eggs
  1. Mash the ripe banana using a fork.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the banana with the eggs.
  3. Lightly oil pan (I recommend using coconut oil). On a low to medium heat, scoop some of the batter into the pan & give it about 20-30 sec, flip, and done!
