2-ingredient-banana-pancakes

ALL NATURAL PANCAKE RECIPE… NO PROCESSED ANYTHING

All it takes is about 5-10 minutes and 2 healthy ingredients:  bananas and pastured eggs.  When I first saw this recipe and could not believe you can actually make pancakes with just bananas and eggs.  No flours and no artificial ingredients or sugar.  My kids love these pancakes!  They are so easy to make, sweet and delicious and an excellent option for a healthy breakfast.

You can make a big batch and freeze them for later too.  What a great way to start the day with real and healthy ingredients. Stay away from processed pancakes and make your own.  It is easy and so delicious.  You will feel good about eating real food and offering your kids homemade delicious treats for breakfast.  Want to add more nutrition?  You can serve them with fresh fruits on top like berries and also your favorite nuts. Delicious and non-processed breakfast option with only 2 healthy ingredients. It only takes a few minutes to prepare.

Ingredients
  • 1 ripe large banana
  • 2 whole eggs
Instructions
  1. Mash the ripe banana using a fork.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the banana with the eggs.
  3. Lightly oil pan (I recommend using coconut oil). On a low to medium heat, scoop some of the batter into the pan & give it about 20-30 sec, flip, and done!
  4. Serve and enjoy.
Notes
*Some advice would be to make them small so its easier to flip
