Almond Bites -Only Three Ingredients:

1.- Dates are rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber. They contain oil, calcium, sulfur, iron, potassium, phosphorous, manganese, copper and magnesium which are all beneficial for your health.  Dates are also a perfect way to sweeten your desserts!

2.- Almonds are great for heart health.  They lower bad cholesterol and  help provide good brain function.

Almond Bites: healthy and nutritious treat made with only three ingredients. You will make about 15 almond bites with this recipe.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups almonds
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 8-10 dates
Instructions
  1. Grind almonds into fine consistency.
  2. Add the banana and dates and pulse several times until everything is mixed.
  3. Remember that you need a high speed blender or good food processor for optimal results.
  4. Form little balls with your hands and put in the fridge to set for about 1-2 hours.
