I like simple, easy to make, creative fun food ideas. I also like to use fresh ingredients. Perfect if you are throwing a party and want a simple and delicious appetizer idea. I made Asparagus Wrapped In Prosciutto Shooters for my husband’s birthday party last week. Easy to make and arrange. It just looked perfect at the serving table.

You will only need asparagus, prosciutto and blue cheese dressing. I got 3oz Clear Plastic Shot Glasses and Toothpicks from Amazon. Voila! You have a great appetizer idea for a party. Asparagus is one of my favorite vegetables. I baked them for about 10 minutes at 400 degrees in the oven and then let them cool down for a while before wrapping the prosciutto.
