Serves: 3-4
  • 1 pound boneless/skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup Hoisin sauce
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup cashews (you can get high quality and organic nuts online from Braga Organic Farms Inc )
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  1. Cut ingredients in pieces then put everything in the slow cooker in low for about 4-5 hours.
  2. If you want the vegetables and cashews to be crunchy, add them at the end, about 1 hour before it is done.
  3. Serve with brown rice.
